Junior Sales Manager Swindon Permanent Full-time - 8.30am – 5.00pm – Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Manager for our client based in Swindon. We are looking for someone with: * An ambitious sales person who thrives on customer understanding to find the correct solution from our clients extensive range of products and services. * The ability to qualifying leads over phone or email by asking probing questions to discover the customer requirements. * Someone who embraces change, you will be driven, resilient and adaptable, and love turning problems and challenges into opportunities. * Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. * Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. * Marketing experience for use within the sales role. * Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * A focused individual who focuses on details and has a willingness to learn.
