ENGLISH Construction Project /Site Manager

OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing UK IPP delivering utility-scale renewables and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Construction Project Manager. As Construction Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading projects from financial close through to O&M handover. 70,000 - £80,000 salary range + 10-20% bonus. ~ Car allowance on top. ~ Remote working, with site visits as required. ~ Fast-growing IPP with real projects, and a hands off management style. Lead end-to-end delivery of renewables and battery energy storage (BESS) projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk registers etc. Oversee EPC contractors to ensure compliance with contractual scope. Engage with landowners, stakeholders, and local communities. Monitor and verify commissioning processes (FAT/SAT/SIT). 3+ years experience in renewables, energy infrastructure, or BESS projects. ~ Strong understanding of project management principles (PMP or PRINCE2 desirable). ~ Experience working with contractors, landowners, and external stakeholders. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. ~ Familiarity with planning tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.). ~
