Site Manager – Main Contractor Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + vehicle + benefits package A highly respected building & fit-out contractor with an enviable order book and spread of projects across the central belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to join a business who have a demonstrable record of developing and promoting from within. Given the nature of recent project wins, Site Managers from a building background and a purely fit-out background would both be considered. Projects are around Edinburgh, so applicants must be within commuting distance. Plan and organise labour on site, including Sub Contractors. ·       Quality Control. ·       Demonstrable track record of delivering fit-out / refurbishment projects for a similar sized Main Contractor. ·       Academic or trades background. ·       CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid tickets. ·
