Production operative

The Role We are looking for candidates who have worked in a manufacturing/engineering environment (not food or warehousing). You must have operated machinery and be able to follow processes. What We’re Looking For * Reliable with excellent timekeeping * Strong attention to detail * Able to follow clear instructions and procedures * Comfortable working within strict health and safety guidelines * Good numeracy and written English skills * Able to work towards production deadlines Pay & Benefits * Salary: Approx. £29,200 per year * Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm * 25 days annual leave * Pension scheme – 8% employer contribution / 1% employee minimum * Full PPE provided * Opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes and technologies If you are looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with opportunities to develop your skills in a specialist production environment, we would love to hear from you
