Revit Technician / Architectural Technician

Role: Senior Architectural Technician Location: London (Hybrid / Remote) Rate: £27–£35 per hour Sector: Residential & Commercial Projects We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join a dynamic and growing practice based in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, contributing to projects from concept through to delivery. The role offers hybrid working, combining office collaboration with flexibility from home. Produce high-quality technical drawings and packages using Revit and AutoCAD Assist in the development of design proposals across residential and commercial projects Ensure technical compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver efficient project outcomes Support project delivery through all RIBA stages Contribute to design coordination and problem-solving during project development Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the UK Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing Knowledge of planning processes and submissions Familiarity with BIM workflows and standards Previous experience in a hybrid working environment
