Senior Property Manager We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded property business in Honiton who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their lettings team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential lettings or property management who is looking to take on more responsibility within an established and supportive business. What’s in it for you? * £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary depending on experience * OTE: £40,000 * Established and highly regarded property business * Varied role with plenty of autonomy and responsibility * Supportive and experienced team * Genuine opportunity to progress and take on further responsibility The Role You’ll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio and providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants, including: * Managing a portfolio of residential properties * Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants * Handling maintenance, tenancy and property-related queries * Managing more complex landlord and tenant situations * Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant * Carrying out property inspections where required * Coordinating maintenance and works * Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords * Supporting the wider lettings team * Identifying opportunities to retain and grow landlord business About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced within residential lettings or property management * Confident managing landlord and tenant relationships * Professional and personable * Commercially aware with a strong understanding of lettings * Organised and able to manage a busy workload * Comfortable dealing with challenging or complex situations * Keen to develop and take on further responsibility About Walker & Sloan Walker & Sloan are a specialist recruitment company serving the property sector.
