Job Overview:The Senior Manager Quality Operations is tasked with developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities. The role requires multi-disciplinary expertise and the ability to understand the industry to achieve financial and operational objectives. The Senior Manager Quality Operations manages multiple related Teams including partners, sets organizational priorities, and allocates the appropriate resources. They must identify and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems. The Senior Manager of Quality Operations directly impacts business results by supporting function-specific projects, products, services, and technologies and developing policies and plans.

Essential Qualifications and Education:Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent experience / certification15+ years within the Energy Industry through all phases of EPCI project deliveryExtensive functional, industry, and leadership expertiseProfessional Membership in relevant institutionsAbility to work as a Team Member as well as act as a Team LeaderHave wide experience with technical activities related to the area of operationCommunication and presentation skills, both written and spokenBe conversant with local and international laws, codes, regulations, and normsProficient with multiple Microsoft programs #LI-LJ1#LI-HYBRIDKey Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensure that the tools, processes, procedures, and systems are maintained and globally implementedSupport the strategic vision of the Project and the Company’sEnsure that competent Quality resources are engaged and maintained in all area operationsInterface with all discipline leads as required on quality mattersEnsure compliance to project and global documentation is managementContinuously identify and manage Quality risksOversee the quality of vendors and subcontractors and manage their performance recommendationsSupport Quality Assurance oversight through reviews, audits, and surveillance as requiredConduct and assess Root Cause investigations and compile reportsCommunicate lessons learned across the organization and incorporate learning into the Project Management System and processesMaintain critical competencies associated with the project Quality teamIdentify applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work, including monitoring complianceEnsure Quality plans, procedures, and instructions are developed and implementedPrepare and maintain the Project Risk Register, Corrective Action Tracking, and Non-conformancesPrequalify project subcontractors and vendors as applicablePrepare project audit plans and conduct auditsPrepare and maintain Project Quality Activity PlansPrepare Quality performance reports and submission of same to the Functional LeadInitiate training needs analysis and coordinate the implementationProvide SME support to the company QHSES training department to include development and deliveryDevelop and oversee plans to meet project objectives, targets, and goals aligned to the areaLead or participate as SME in Incident Investigations and reportingProvide input into a look ahead plans and reports based on the project scheduleProvide input to MOCs and Lessons LearnedReview / Approve subcontractors and vendors for equipment and servicesConduct regular site or facility reviewsAttend and provide input to forums such as kick-off meetings, constructability reviews, readiness reviews, etc. Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and proceduresEnsure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and proceduresEstablish & monitor Consortium partners QMS, compliance to the project reuirments and regular reportingFull timePosting Date:
