Wildlife Control & INNS Eradication Ranger

NatureScot in Scotland is seeking a 1001-342 HMP Project Support (Grade B) for a fixed-term appointment until 31 March 2028. 35 hours per week with a salary of £30,076, based in Uist.

The role supports a project to eradicate American mink from the Outer Hebrides and involves trapping, recording and liaison with officials. You will work in rough terrain, walking 8–20 kilometres daily, with duties including recording operations, promoting humane practices, and coordinating with partners.
