Managing all aspects of people leadership, including performance reviews, absence management, holiday approvals, and training. You will be managing a team of around 15 Warehouse Operatives Coordinating daily workflow and resource deployment to meet service targets, ensuring smooth operational flow across picking, packing, replenishment, and loading. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 2.00pm – 10.00pm. Warehouse experience is desirable, but not essential
