Operations & Sales Support – Travel Industry Remote – Homeworking - ideally Gloucestershire based £24,000–£25,000 Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm Love admin? Like, actually enjoy it? We’re looking for someone who gets satisfaction from spreadsheets, perfectly processed bookings, and inboxes at zero. If you’ve got 1–2 years’ experience in travel admin or operations in a travel company, and you’re ready to grow — this is for you. This isn’t a “stepping stone to sales” or a job for someone dazzled by the glamour of travel. We want someone who enjoys the engine room — not just the view from the deck. The Role: Answering phones Managing bookings from confirmation to post-tour Fixing issues pre-departure or in-resort Supporting the sales team with quote and client info Keeping all back-office admin running smoothly What We’re After: 1–2 years’+ travel industry admin/ops experience Methodical, intelligent, and eager to learn, a doer Comfortable juggling tasks and handling the unexpected Conscientious, calm, and a great communicator You’ll be trained & supported by the operations manager, who is basically admin royalty.
