Area to be covered: South West & South Wales (Including Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Gloucestershire)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + uncapped commission (1.5% of all sales) + discretionary annual bonus between £6,000 - £10,000

The role of the Specification Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
Focusing on both new build and social housing projects
The majority of your time will be focusing on generating specifications via building services consultants, M&E consultants, specifiers and housing developers
The remaining portion of your time will spent selling into M&E contractors, main contractors ,sub-contractors, developers and builders
Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts
Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project
The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:
Must have HVAC product related experience for example: ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units, boilers, radiators, fans, extractor fans, attenuation units,
Ideally have contacts with M&E consultants, social housing specifiers, main contractors and sub-contractors
A team player who is highly organised
