Job Title: Part-Time Office & Culture Manager Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3 days a week in office) About Us: Komodo is a leading social media agency based in the heart of London. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Part-Time Office & Culture Manager to join our central London office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and enhancing our company culture. Organise diaries, travel and accommodation for all senior team members as needed. Office Management: Ensure office is kept to a high standard at all times; Maintain stock levels for office stationery and key groceries. Ensure Health and Safety compliance, including acting as a fire warden and first point of contact for first aid (training will be provided). Plan and execute bi-monthly engaging social events to foster team bonding. Proven experience in office management or administrative support, 4+ years experience Proficiency in spreadsheets, budgeting & simple financial reporting Previous experience in planning events or wellness programs is a plus.
