Do you have the credibility to engage with C-suite stakeholders on complex transformation programmes?Join Gallagher’s growing Change & Transformation practice, where you will play a key role in building and establishing a new market offering, driving strategic growth through new business wins.We are looking for a Business Development Director to generate new business opportunities and revenue within our Change & Transformation practice. This is a strategic, high-value sales role focused on engaging senior stakeholders and positioning Gallagher as a trusted partner on large-scale transformation programmes.How you'll make an impactIdentify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Change & Transformation spaceBuild and manage a high-quality sales pipeline targeting large corporate clientsEngage with senior stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Transformation and Change Directors) on complex transformation initiativesLead discovery sessions and strategic discussions to understand client challenges and position tailored solutionsDevelop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations at board levelRepresent Gallagher at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesCollaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to shape propositions and ensure successful client handoversAbout YouProven track record in new business sales within transformation, change, or consulting environmentsExperience selling into senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and engage at C-suite levelStrong understanding of large-scale business transformation programmes and associated challengesBackground in transformation consulting, change consulting, or strategic advisory firms is highly desirableCommercially astute, with a proactive and results-driven approachExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and build a market presence from the ground upExperience using CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn)Compensation and benefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
