Meet the Team

Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency putting brands at the centre of attention. Based in East London, our rapidly growing team works together to create best-in-class campaigns for global brands, covering FMCG, beauty, food & beverage and technology.

The Role

The role of Account Director is a senior position in our Account Management team. You will work alongside other members of the team on a range of projects and client accounts within our portfolio.

In this role, you will take ownership of key client accounts, managing projects end-to-end — from briefing, budgeting and scoping through to delivery and reporting. You will be responsible for growing accounts, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue through proactive relationship development and strategic thinking.

Acting as the bridge between departments and between the agency and our clients, you will help shape strategic plans, coordinate internal resources and ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and within budget.

You will also line manage 2–3 members of the Account Management team, overseeing their work while supporting their development through coaching, guidance and training.

This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact. You will lead across your accounts as the primary client contact and relationship owner, bringing a strong understanding of wider marketing approaches and Digital Natives’ services to every conversation. Your role is to understand what drives your clients’ businesses, provide strategic value, solve challenges and unlock growth opportunities.

As a varied, cross-departmental role, this position requires a solid understanding of social media marketing and how modern businesses operate.

Travel is occasionally required for client visits, new business presentations, planning, brief taking, or attending shoots. We have a flexible hybrid working policy, with time spent in the office (Tues-Thurs) or working from home (Mon & Fri).
