The Role

You will own end-to-end delivery of quantitative projects and act as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and delivering ad hoc studies and tracker projects across B2C, political, and multi market research
• Leading client calls and managing communication from scoping through to data delivery
• Translating client objectives into robust survey designs and clear project plans
• Managing fieldwork, including quotas and quality control
• Producing data tables and custom outputs using tools such as DisplayR or similar
• Acting as a creative sounding board and trusted partner for clients
• Coaching and supporting junior researchers
• Working closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver high quality outcomes

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong commercial experience in quantitative market research
• Confident across the full research lifecycle, from survey design to data delivery
• Experience delivering studies such as brand tracking, brand lift, ad testing, or segmentation
• Comfortable scripting questionnaires and reviewing client-supplied surveys
• Experience in cleaning data and producing cross breaks and tables
• Strong Excel capability and experience with research analysis tools
• Client-focused mindset with experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to identify risks and maintain quality in fast xwzovoh turnaround environments
