Location: Central London

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Working Pattern: 4 days in office

I’m working with a fast-scaling global marketing agency that has carved out a strong position at the intersection of performance, creative, and strategy.


Over the last several years, they’ve partnered with some of the most ambitious consumer brands across fintech, apps, ecommerce, gaming, and B2B, helping them grow through highly effective, full-funnel campaigns.


Unlike traditional agencies, my client operates with a fully integrated model, meaning creative isn’t an afterthought, it’s central to performance. They are increasingly being brought in to lead not just media and strategy, but the entire creative output for their clients. As a result, they’re building a team of creatives who can deliver work that both captures attention and drives measurable impact.


They’re now looking for a Junior Creative with an art direction focus to join the team.


What You’ll Be Doing

This role is ideal for someone who thinks visually first and understands how modern content lives and breathes online. You’ll be working across multiple brands and formats, producing creative that feels native to each platform while delivering against clear performance goals.


Day to day, you’ll:

  • Design and produce creative across paid social, video, digital ads, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Turn briefs into strong visual ideas that align with both brand and performance objectives
  • Contribute to ideation sessions, bringing references and creative directions to the table
  • Build out mood boards, storyboards, and visual frameworks for campaigns
  • Create quick-turnaround content to support testing and iteration
  • Keep up with trends across social and digital platforms, applying them in a way that feels relevant and not forced
  • Work closely with a wider team of creatives, strategists, and growth specialists
  • Take feedback on board and iterate quickly

What They’re Looking For

  • Around 2–3 years’ experience in a design or art direction role, ideally within an agency
  • A portfolio that shows hands-on work for real brands or clients
  • A strong eye for design: layout, typography, colour, and motion all matter here
  • A clear understanding of how content differs across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Awareness of cultural and visual trends, and how to apply them commercially
  • Confidence creating work that isn’t just visually strong but also performance-driven
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with fast-edit tools like CapCut
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to test, learn, and improve
  • Someone who collaborates well and is open to feedback


Nice to Have

  • Experience creating paid social or performance-driven creative
  • Basic motion or animation skills
  • Exposure to AI-powered creative tools and interest in their future potential
  • Ability to shoot and produce lo-fi content independently
