Monitor and assess key performance indicators to evaluate both child development and nursery operations.
Manage classroom budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring the optimal use of materials and financial planning.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding the progress and development of their children.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of early education practices.
Ensure the classroom meets safety principles and standards, providing a safe and secure environment for children.
Essential Qualifications: Educational specialization in Early Education is preferred.
A commitment to continued professional development in the field of early childhood education.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on mentoring, team management, and compliance with educational regulations.
Salary & Benefits: Annual Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 based on experience.
