In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO and with our most recent office expansion in Cape Town South Africa.To continue the success that MOO Business Services is today, we are looking for an exemplary B2B Account Executive in our London location who will onboard and inspire new business clients, further helping us grow our business services base in the UK, Europe, and further afield.Your sales team will be made up of Account Executives, Account Managers and a Sales Manager. Together you are responsible for onboarding and growing existing business services accounts at MOO, and working collaboratively to ensure that each client has a seamless experience working with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that can build rapport quickly, perform in-depth discovery, and make recommendations to MOO’s prospective business clients on how they can best use our products and services.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO service, design and product offeringsLeverage moderate skill in influencing and resilience to fully understand prospective business client needs and inspire them through thoughtful value driven proposalsManage a pipeline of both prospect and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channelsProvide live demonstrations of our business platform, help prospective clients product product samples and educate on our product and service offeringsOnboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or the Customer Success teamMaintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations to prospective clients in order to win their businessKeep clear records of work in Sales Department CRM system so that the department can work as a team to ensure the best client experienceLeverage moderate closing skills to achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targetsAbout YouRelevant full cycle sales experience within an account management roleLeverages sales skills and moderate to advanced level business acumen to dig deeper in opportunity funnels and make creative salesMotivated to make 35+ outbound calls a dayHighly organised and able to handle a high inbound lead flow, opportunity pipeline, as well as onboarding new customersPrefers busy days with lots of action and will actively seek and prospect opportunitiesEnjoys being in an advisory role, helping clients solve problems and coming up with creative solutionsCan operate effectively in situations where there is ambiguityEnjoys a challenge and isn’t afraid to try something newThrives in a team setting and working closely with peers towards personal and professional growthNice To HavesPrevious experience in prospecting and/or onboarding new businessKnowledge of design/print Experience with SalesforceBi-lingual capabilitiesWhat’s it like to work at MOO?
