We bring global scaled audiences to advertisers in an easy and cost-effective way, delivered through our proprietary technology, in a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment, utilising our strategic portfolio of owned and operated content with entertainment and other digital publishing partners.Having its roots in Europe with its headquarters in Amsterdam, Azerion has commercial teams based in over 26 cities around the world to closely support our clients and partners to find and execute creative ways to really make an impact through advertising.For more information visit: The Role This is a key role in our high performing UK Sales team based in London.  The role of a Senior Sales Manager is to generate new business and grow key client relationships whilst working with the wider team to come up with solutions to grow revenue across a set agency patch.  This role will work with London digital agencies, across programmatic buying, direct and trading within the Independent & International agencies pod.The position requires someone with drive, confidence, and at least 7+ years’ experience in a media sales role. The ideal candidate will have:A Minimum 7+ years of similar experience in programmatic/online advertising salesOutstanding communication and presentation skillsA hunter mindset – always looking for new ways to make money and generate revenue in a fast paced environmentStrong contacts across the Independent and International agencies are desiredWill be a fast learner who is interested in developing their own patch to run as their own businessA passion for digital media and keen to learn more about the industryA strong track record of closing deals and generating revenue as well as evidence of pipeline management, forecasting and business planningSomeone who can communicate exceptionally with internal teams and external clientsStrong analytical abilities and confident with the use of dataEntrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independentlySelf-motivated, professional, proactive and fun!Must be fluent in EnglishKey Responsibilities Your tasks will include but not be limited to: Meeting monthly and quarterly meetings and revenue targetsDeveloping and maintaining agency relationships from junior to senior levels to ensure full coverage of the agency patchIdentify new business opportunities and expand existing client partnershipsLiaising with internal stakeholders to drive retention and long-term growthWork closely with marketing, product, and ad operations teams to optimize campaign success.Grow both existing and new business revenue streams by identifying and capitalizing on opportunitiesPresent campaign results and performance insights to agency contacts, offering data-driven recommendationsKeep Salesforce and other CRM tools updated with live and proposed campaign details, agency contacts, and pipeline activity and accurate forecastingStay ahead of industry trends, emerging ad technologies, and best practicesBenefitsHybrid working environment with 4 day per week minimum to be based out of the Southwark officeDay off for volunteeringPrivate health and life coverA quarterly commission schemePension schemeCycle to work schemeBirthdays off12.50 Daily lunch allowance through DeliverooAzerion is an equal opportunities employer committed to building a diverse environment.
