Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission
Location: London
We are recruiting a Sales Manager to drive exhibitor growth, retention, and revenue across a leading international exhibition portfolio. This is a commercially focused B2B sales role managing high-value accounts while developing new business opportunities within a fast-paced global events environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value exhibitor accounts
Drive new business generation and exceed revenue targets
Build strong relationships with clients, agents, trade associations, and stakeholders
Develop tailored partnership and exhibition proposals
Identify and convert new commercial opportunities into long-term business
Work closely with marketing, content, and operational teams
Attend events onsite to manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery
Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments
Maintain accurate reporting and CRM management
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B exhibition or conference sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong new business, lead generation, and account management skills
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting
Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised
Excellent communication xwzovoh and relationship-building skills
Experience within the energy sector advantageous but not essential
