Event Manager – German Speaking

London‑based | Salary £45,000 to £55,000 DOE +Bonus

I am currently working with a leading global events company who are looking for an experienced Event Manager with a strong agency background and fluent in German to support a portfolio of DACH region events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple events at different stages (pitching, planning, delivery)
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of in‑person events.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, timelines, and client updates
• Source and manage venues and suppliers across several markets
• Coordinate internal teams (tech, design, marketing, legal)
• Produce run‑of‑show documents and oversee on‑site execution
• Handle budget tracking, negotiation, and reconciliation

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience as an Event Manager
• Bilingual xwzovoh German & English
• Confident managing senior stakeholders and client meetings
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Experience with virtual/hybrid platforms
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and event tech tools
• Willingness to travel
