About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven PPC Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns across a range of clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and other search platforms, who can take ownership of campaign performance and deliver measurable results against key business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search platforms
  • Manage budgets to achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CPC, conversion volume)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Continuously test and optimise ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Build clear and engaging performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Implement and manage tracking (conversion tracking, GA4, tagging)
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, automation, and industry best practices


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in PPC or paid search
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • Solid understanding of bidding strategies, keyword match types, and campaign structures
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs

Desirable:

  • Experience in an agency or client-facing role
  • Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g. for Shopping campaigns)
  • Understanding of attribution models and conversion xwzovoh optimisation
  • Exposure to other paid media channels (paid social, programmatic)
