HR Operations Manager

A not-for-profit organisation are looking for a Permanent HR Operations Manager to join at short notice. The role is to support a newly established team, to develop high performance, strong employee experience and overall improvements. The role is based in London with hybrid working. Client Details Not for profit London based with hybrid working Description A HR Operations Manager to: - Provide coaching and development to a newly established team to develop high performance - Develop SLA's, KPI's and a ticketing system to provide good customer service - Strengthen team capability - Coach and advise managers - Ensure HR Processes are adhered to - Support the organisation through a transitional period and partner closely with the Centres of Excellence - Support the team to manage HR queries and prevent escalation - Drive continuous improvement and develop new ways of working - Improve employee experience and support with effective onboarding - Ensure compliance standards are maintained - Review HR Processes and provide improvements Profile A HR Operations Manager with: - Previous line management experience - Previous experience in delivering a strong HR Operations and shared service model to an organisation - Support with SLA, KPI's, and a ticketing system - Open to sector background Job Offer Permanent HR Operations Manager Up to £68,000 per annum London based with hybrid working Option to start at short notice
