About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Business Partner with management consultancy/professional services exprience

to join a leading international consultancy. This is a key recruitment role where you will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, taking ownership of recruitment delivery across a range of business areas. You will provide expert recruitment advice, build strong talent pipelines and use market insight and data to support effective hiring decisions. You will work closely with recruitment, HR and onboarding teams within a complex, matrixed environment, while helping to deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle , from requisition through to offer and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, advise on hiring processes and support effective decision-making.

Build and maintain strong

talent pipelines

through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.

Conduct market mapping and provide

external market insight

across a range of capabilities and skill sets.

Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements and competencies.

Manage the candidate journey and ensure a positive

candidate experience

at every stage.

Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Maintain accurate records across

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)

platforms.

Produce and analyse recruitment data, reporting and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with wider Recruitment, HR and onboarding teams to improve processes and share best practice.

Support employer branding initiatives and talent pooling for recurring recruitment requirements.

Promote inclusive and effective hiring practices.

Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related projects and lead smaller-scale projects where required.

Build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

About You

We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment , ideally within a complex, matrixed organisation.

Experience working in an

in-house recruitment team or RPO environment .

Previous recruitment experience within

IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Professional Services or a similar environment

would be advantageous.

Strong experience with

direct sourcing

and proactive candidate engagement.

Demonstrable experience managing the complete candidate journey, including screening, shortlisting and offer management.

Experience recruiting across either

specialist or high-volume requirements .

Strong knowledge of

ATS and CRM systems .

Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on strategic recruitment requirements.

Ability to use

recruitment analytics, market data and insights

to inform hiring decisions.

Confidence presenting recruitment data and insights to senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

A proactive, adaptable and creative approach to recruitment.

The ability to operate effectively and discreetly within a complex, matrixed organisation.
