Technical Sales Manager – HVAC Midlands & Central England | Field-Based / Remote £50,000 – £60,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Benefits We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Sales Manager – HVAC to join an established business specialising in HVAC solutions for the UK construction and building services market. This is a field-based role covering the Midlands and Central England, offering excellent autonomy and the opportunity to develop a significant regional sales territory. The Role You will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing customer relationships across the region. Working with mechanical contractors, consultants, engineers and other key stakeholders, you will identify project opportunities and provide technically appropriate HVAC solutions. The role covers a broad portfolio including grilles and diffusers, VAV/CAV systems, FCUs, AHUs, acoustic solutions, ventilation and bespoke engineered solutions. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and order conversion. About You We’re looking for an experienced HVAC, ventilation or building services sales professional with strong technical knowledge and a proven commercial track record. Ideally, you will have: * Experience in technical sales within HVAC, ventilation or building services * Strong relationships with mechanical contractors, consultants and/or engineers * Good technical understanding of HVAC products and their applications * Experience managing project and specification-led sales * Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills * A proven track record of developing and converting sales opportunities Existing relationships across the Midlands market would be highly advantageous. The Package * £50,000 – £60,000 basic salary * Car allowance * Pension and holiday entitlement * Remote / field-based working * Full responsibility for the Midlands territory * Technical and product training The territory covers West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Rutland.
