Working within a team of 20 your role will be a key position within the operations team. Working with retailers and D2C channels growing and ambitious business. What’s on offer * 3 days in the office, 2 from home * 22 days holiday * Birthday off * Christmas shutdown * Performance and business bonus What will you do as a Supply Chain Manager * Translate demand forecasts into production plans * Optimise stock levels and product availability across 20 SKUs * Source ingredients nationally and internationally, negotiating pricing * Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners * Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan * Quality and compliance managing 3rd party testing What will you need to be a Supply Chain Manager * Experience working in Wellness / Beauty or FMCG * Previous experience within a founder small business * Happy to travel to Brighton once a month * Must have experience of sourcing raw materials * Solid Global logistics and freight knowledge * Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills Job Number 10835
