Head of Quality & Compliance Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid) • £55,000 • Full-Time    Hunters are delighted to be recruiting for a growing, product-led international business seeking an experienced Head of Quality & Compliance to lead its compliance, quality assurance and regulatory function. This is a senior leadership role managing a team of four across the UK and Hong Kong, ensuring products meet UK, EU and international regulatory requirements while driving quality standards, supplier compliance and continuous improvement across a global supply chain.    Head of Quality & Compliance - The Role: Lead all quality, compliance and regulatory activities across multiple consumer product categories Manage and develop a UK and international compliance team Oversee audits, supplier assessments, product safety documentation and quality systems Ensure compliance with UK, EU and international regulations Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and supply chain compliance Act as a key stakeholder for audits, certifications and regulatory matters    Head of Quality & Compliance - About You: 5+ years' experience in Quality, Compliance or Product Safety within consumer products Strong knowledge of UK, EU and international product regulations Experience managing people and cross-functional projects Background in audits, supplier compliance and quality systems Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills    Head of Quality & Compliance -  What's on Offer: £55,000 salary Hybrid working (after probation) Private healthcare (after probation) 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Cycle to work scheme Social events and supportive culture Opportunity to work with globally recognised brands and international teams If you're an experienced compliance leader looking for a high-impact role with genuine responsibility and international exposure, we'd love to hear from you
