Weekend Sous Chef

Coastfields Leisure Ltd is one of the largest family-owned holiday park and leisure operators on the Lincolnshire Coast, with venues between Skegness and Mablethorpe. We are committed to providing excellent facilities and exciting new developments for our customers. *We are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef for our Grange Leisure Park in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire. *Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. * Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy service periods. * Ensure food is prepared and presented to a high standard. * Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards. * Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste. * Help develop menus and seasonal specials. * Train and support junior kitchen staff. *Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. * Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen. * Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. * Passion for producing quality food and delivering a great guest experience. * Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
