Cost Manager | Leisure & Hospitality | Hybrid | National Travel We're supporting a major hospitality and leisure operator in the appointment of a Cost Manager to join its Capital Projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager to play a key role across acquisitions, development projects and major capital investment programmes. The successful individual will help ensure robust commercial governance while supporting significant future investment across the portfolio. The Role: Working closely with senior property, development and finance stakeholders, you'll provide commercial oversight across multiple capital projects, helping drive effective cost control and investment decision making. Key responsibilities include: Managing project cost reporting, forecasting and governance processes Supporting acquisition and development appraisals Developing and maintaining cost models and benchmarking data Reviewing budgets, cost plans and tender submissions Managing external cost consultants and QS teams Monitoring project expenditure and identifying risks and savings opportunities Building reliable cost data to support future investment decisions Working closely with finance, property and development teams to ensure robust commercial controls About You: You'll likely have: 3-5+ years' Quantity Surveying or Cost Management experience Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, residential or commercial environments Strong cost planning, procurement and commercial management expertise Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills Strong stakeholder management capabilities MRICS qualification or working towards chartership would be advantageous Why Join?
