HR ADVISOR (EMPLOYEE RELATIONS FOCUS) - £55,000 - IN A LAW FIRM

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys supporting managers through people matters and building positive working relationships? We're looking for an HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations experience to join a friendly and collaborative HR team at one of London’s friendliest law firms.

In this varied role, you'll provide expert advice on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management and flexible working cases, helping managers navigate employee issues confidently and fairly. You'll also support key HR processes including performance reviews, promotions, salary reviews and talent development initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Previous HR Advisor experience with a strong Employee Relations focus.
• Law firm experience or other professional partnership environment
• Confidence managing a range of employee cases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
