Job Description Part-time Litigation Legal PA /n Highly ranked law firm is looking to hire an exceptional Commercial Litigation Legal PA on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide a high level of PA and secretarial support to a team of Partners and fee earners within the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. /n What’s on Offer: /n /n - Salary to £65,000 (FTE) /n - Part-time working pattern – 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) /n - 09:00-17:30 working hours /n - Fantastic employee benefits /n /n Part-time Litigation Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing: /n /n - Extensive diary management /n - Proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars and diaries /n - Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries and organising meetings /n - Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice /n - Manage billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports /n - Work closely and effectively with the wider Legal PA team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences /n - Be an effective and professional point of contact, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for team and first port of call for clients /n /n Part-time Litigation Legal PA – What We’re Looking For: /n /n - Extensive experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary supporting senior Lawyers and/or Partners within a leading law firm is essential /n - Commercial Litigation experience required /n - Excellent document production skills /n - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel /n - Experience of legal financial administration including time recording, billing and expense management /n
