London, Greater London, South East, EnglandCompetitiveElectrical Technical Director | LondonWe’re seeking a highly experienced Electrical Technical Director to join our London office, leading the development, design, and delivery of complex engineering projects while supporting business growth and strategy.The RoleYou’ll take a senior leadership role across projects and the wider business—driving technical excellence, managing teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Leading engineering design, coordination, and project deliveryManaging project performance, including fees, profitability, and riskWorking closely with clients to define requirements and build long-term relationshipsOverseeing electrical systems design, compliance with UK standards, and QA/QC processesMonitoring construction, installation, and operational testingSupporting tendering and procurement of MEP contractors and equipmentRepresenting the company at technical meetings and industry eventsContributing to business development and sector growthMentoring and developing junior engineersSupporting office and sector management activitiesAbout YouDegree qualified in Engineering (or equivalent experience)Chartered Engineer status (or working towards)Extensive experience in building services design across multiple sectorsStrong leadership and project management capabilitySolid knowledge of UK regulations, standards, and health & safety legislationCommercial awareness, including contracts, invoicing, and cost controlConfident communicator with strong presentation skillsExperience in consulting or construction environments (preferred)International project experience (desirable)Join a global consultancy delivering innovative, high-performance engineering solutions across a range of sectors.Apply now or get in touch to find out more.Eligo Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
