Now, they’re building out their Go-To-Market team and are looking for a high-potential commercial generalist - someone early in their career who wants to learn by doing and grow fast. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who’s curious about B2B SaaS sales, commercially switched-on, and ready to work closely with experienced leadership.
Collaborate with the CEO and commercial team across the full sales cycle
Help shape GTM strategy, messaging, and playbooks from scratch
Get exposure to pipeline management, deal support, early deployments, and more
Progress into a senior sales, success, or GTM leadership role in 12–24 months
You’ve got 1-4 years of experience in a commercial or client-facing role (or something high-pressure like consulting, law, banking, etc.)
Compensation: £40K base + £25K commission + £15K equity
