With a collaborative finance function spanning both London and international teams, you will gain exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with real opportunity to add value and drive process improvements.Your new role You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day IBA and client money activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong operational control across the business.Working closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions, this role offers both hands-on responsibility and the chance to influence process improvements within a growing finance function.Ownership of IBA processes including cash allocation, insurer settlements, and client money managementPerforming and reviewing reconciliations across client money and insurer accountsSupporting and contributing to Client Money Calculations in line with FCA CASS 5 requirementsManaging aged balances and resolving unallocated cash issuesLiaising with brokers, underwriters, and internal finance teams across UK and overseas officesSupporting audits and maintaining strong financial controlsIdentifying and implementing process improvements within IBA operationsWhat you'll need to succeedProven experience within an IBA / Insurance Accounting roleBackground within an insurance broker, MGA, or reinsurance environmentConfident managing reconciliations, settlements, and stakeholder queriesStrong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentWhat you'll get in returnHybrid working (4 days in London office)Exposure to a global reinsurance finance functionOpportunity to join a growing and ambitious businessWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
