Architectural Technologist

A well-established and growing design studio in North Birmingham is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their close-knit team. If you're technically strong and want to work on commercial, mixed-use and high-end residential projects, this could be a great next step.What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
• Working closely with architects, engineers and consultants
• Delivering technical packages for steel frame, RC and traditional builds
• Leading on below-ground detailing, including basements
• Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations
• Supporting projects through to site and build stage

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong background in RC, steel frame and basement construction
• Solid working knowledge of Building Regs
• Confident using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
