Drivers Mate

Role: Drivers Mate Location: Dartford Hours: 6am to 5pm or 10am to 9pm Operating Monday to Saturday Pay: £13.30 per hour Extrastaff are currently recruiting for Drivers Mates, working for the John Lewis Partnership, one of the UK's largest retail brands. Full training provided – induction + three days training Duties for Drivers Mates: * Working as part of a two-man crew carrying out home deliveries & installations of furniture & white goods (including televisions, washing machines, fridge freezers, beds, sofa’s, etc.) * Manual handling included – you will be required to deliver to the customer’s room of choice * Use of scanning devices & completion of paperwork * Communicating via mobile directly with the customer regarding delivery times Requirements for Drivers Mates: * Good customer service skills * Flexibility regarding shifts times & days available * Good telephone manner * Reliability * Good communication skills * Must have previous drivers mate experience Please apply ASAP for immediate start
