HGV 2 Driver

Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting Class 2 and 7.5T Drivers on behalf of one of our commercial vehicle rental clients based in Southampton.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing vehicle deliveries and collections to commercial customers across the South Coast, providing a professional service.

About this position: Monday to Friday AD HOC work Start times: 07.30am (10 hour day on average) Delivering and collecting Vans, 7.5T, Class 2 vehicles Shunting vehicles in the yard when required Requirements for this position: Full UK Class 2 Driving licence, held for a minimum of 1 year Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Outstanding communication and organisation skills Own transport to commute to and from work Good understanding of using Pod systems Benefits of working with Driver Hire Southampton: Weekly pay PAYE and PAYE ADV payment options Onsite parking Training and development opportunities
