Scottish Brand Ambassador / Concierge , your duties will include: • Greeting and engaging with passing tourists in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner • Encouraging visitors to enter the store and showcasing the unique range of Scottish gifts and products available • Creating a memorable and authentic Scottish welcome for customers from around the world • Answering basic customer enquiries and directing visitors around the store • Acting as the face of the business while maintaining a welcoming presence outside the store • Working closely with the retail team to maximise customer engagement and increase footfall • Helping to create a safe, enjoyable and memorable shopping experience Essential Skills The skills required as a
