Job Title: SEN TeacherLocation: WarndonPay Rate: £140.25 - £220.23Hours: 8:30am – 16:00pm

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to work in Warndon, supporting pupils aged 2 and 11 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a specialist alternate provision setting, providing tailored education to students who require emotional and behavioural support. You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons that focus on academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and positive behaviour. You'll work closely with a supportive team to create a stable, structured learning environment where students can build confidence and resilience.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs
Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach
Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
A commitment to helping young people overcome barriers to learning
