SEND Post-16 Caseworker
A Local Authority in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Post-16 Caseworker to join their SEND team.
Rate: £270 per day
Working Arrangements: Fully remote
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 3-6 months, with possible extension
Role Overview
You will support post-16 SEND services, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and established KPIs are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience managing complex casework and confidently handling challenging conversations with young people, parents, and settings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex post-16 SEND cases
Ensure statutory deadlines and KPIs are consistently met
Liaise with parents, young people, colleges, and multi-agency professionals
Requirements:
Experience in Post 16 SEND casework within a Local Authority
