Long-term Contract
SEN Teaching Assistant in North London
Up to £125 daily

Were looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Mentor to join a welcoming school in North London .
This is a rewarding role where youll work closely with pupils who need additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and succeed in school.

Youll be working in a school that is part of one of the oldest, largest, and most established school trusts in the country. The school has a strong reputation for providing high-quality education and creating a supportive, inclusive environment where every pupil is given the opportunity to thrive.
What youll be doing:
Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping students manage behaviour and stay focused in lessons
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Promoting confidence, resilience, and social skills
Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
Supporting the implementation of behaviour strategies and interventions
What were looking for:
A calm, patient, and confident approach
Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is a bonus)
Strong behaviour management skills
A positive attitude and ability to build rapport quickly
A genuine passion for supporting young people
