Part Time Project Finance Administrator (20 Hours Per Week)
About the role
We are working with a well-established creative agency based in West Sussex who are looking for a Project Finance Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team working 20 hours per week spread over 4 days with one of those days being based in the office.
This part-time role is ideal for someone returning to work or looking for flexibility while staying close to the creative industry. You will support the project teams with preparing and maintaining project budgets and financial records, tracking project spend, supporting with invoice processing and reconciliation and producing regular budgetary reports.
The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and project support, ideally within the creative industry, will be fluent in Excel and have a real eye for detail. You will need to be a real self-starter, someone who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
