Principal Validations Officer

Carrington West are assisting a local authority client based in Essex in the search for a Principal Planning Validations Officer to join their Planning Support team within the Town Planning department on a 3 month contract. We are looking for a Senior Planning Validations Officer to process and validate new planning applications.The position will involve training two new planning validations officers who have recently joined the team but also make recommendations on how to improve the councils service.   The role will be offered on a hybrid working basis with weekly office presence needed. IT equipment will be provided.   The council are looking to review CVs shortly with the view to schedule interviews in the coming week.
