Damp and Mould Surveyor

Building Surveyor – 6 months - £40/hour – Local Authority – Northwest One of my Local Authority clients based in Northwest is looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months. Ideally you will: * Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential) * Based in a commutable distance to Lancashire (2/3 days in office, rest is WFH) * Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity. Responsibilities include: * Damp and Mould assessments. * General Building Surveying duties (3-4 Damp and Mould surveys in the morning and write them up in the afternoon)
