About the role
We've recently secured approval to support a UK Government organisation that has successfully used a service design-led approach to uncover user needs, solve complex problems, and launch new digital services. Following this success, they are looking for a Service Designer to help shape and mature their service design capability.You'll join a multidisciplinary team of UX consultants, service designers, digital innovation consultants, project managers, solution architects, visual designers and developers. They have a strong track record of delivering award-winning digital services that meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.You will:
- Play a key role in growing an established service design practice.
- Take ideas from discovery through to delivery, supported by an experienced in-house technology team.
- Enjoy real autonomy, working directly with senior stakeholders and civil servants from day one.
- Help solve meaningful public sector challenges and shape new digital services.
