About the Role

A senior change role leading the people side of a major Central Government digital transformation programme. This is a substantive position covering change strategy, stakeholder engagement, culture and behaviour change, user adoption, and benefits realisation, reporting directly into the Programme Board.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Change and Adoption Strategy
Define the organisational change approach for each programme phase
Ensure change activities are aligned to programme outcomes and benefits
Identify organisational impacts and readiness requirements
Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and influence strategies
Establish relationships with key stakeholder communities
Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions, and user forums
Define target behaviours and develop adoption interventions
Develop user adoption plans and monitor adoption levels
Define benefits measures and support the Benefits Framework
Provide change and adoption reporting to the Programme Board and Steering Group
