Shifts: Daytime only - 08:00 to 17:30

The Role
We are recruiting a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join a busy, fast-paced kitchen within a well-established motorway service operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking daytime hours , a strong work-life balance, and genuine career progression.
Working primarily across breakfast and lunch service , you'll play a key role in delivering quality food while maintaining high standards in food safety and kitchen organisation.

Overtime paid for all hours worked above contracted hours

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch dishes
Ensure all food is produced to company and brand standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
About You
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Passion for fresh food and delivering quality
Strong team player with a positive attitude
Flexible to work a 5/7 rota including weekends
