We’re looking for a Senior Communication Manager to drive customer and prospect communications, using campaign insights to improve performance while maintaining engaging digital content and marketing collateral. Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:30/9:00 – 17:00/17:30 (37.5) What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Communications Manager you will: * Deliver and continuously optimise prospecting email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth. * Analyse customer and new business marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. * Manage the execution of all customer communications within the UC portfolio, ensuring timely and effective delivery. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GDPR, and PECR standards across all marketing activities. * Create and maintain website content within the UC area, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and up to date. * Act as the primary point of contact for all UC marketing materials, including the management and updating of brochures, terms and conditions, and other key collateral.
