People Operations Manager - Antrim MCS Group is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a People Operations Manager into a newly created leadership role. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead a centralised people support function, improve how employee services are delivered and build a consistent, responsive service across a complex organisation. Leading and developing a People Operations team. Managing service levels, workloads, workflows and quality standards. Using data and service insights to identify improvements. Supporting the implementation and effective use of a new HR system. Experience leading, coaching and developing an operational team. A strong understanding of shared-services, people-services or centralised support models. Experience setting and monitoring service levels, workflows, performance measures and quality standards. A track record of improving processes, service delivery and the overall employee experience. Strong systems capability, ideally including experience implementing or improving HR platforms, ticketing systems or case-management tools.
