What Youll Be Doing
Running the Show
Take full ownership of day-to-day café operations
Deliver smooth service, every shift, every day
Keep standards sky-high across food, coffee, service, and presentation
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene are always on point
Building a Brilliant Team
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team
Build a positive, accountable culture people want to be part of
Owning the Numbers
Be responsible for sales, costs, and profitability
Track KPIs like daily revenue, labour %, and COGS
Stock, Suppliers & Systems
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Reduce waste and keep operations running lean and smart
Customer Experience & Brand
Deliver a premium, consistent customer experience
Handle feedback confidently and turn issues into wins

What Were Looking For
Experience as a Café Manager or General Manager
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and financials
A natural leader who develops people and sets the tone
Thrives in fast-paced, high-standard environments
